How do I book?

You can book by either telephoning or emailing us, please see the Contact Us page for our contact details.

 

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime, however bookings get very busy during summer so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a charge may be added for other areas. You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

 

How long do I get the equipment for?

As most hires are required for parties in the afternoon, we will deliver and set up your castle approximately between 9 am and 11am. We will then come and take the castle away between 6 and 7pm but we are flexible and will try to accommodate where possible.

 

Do you hire overnight?

This can be arranged, subject to safe keeping of the equipment and is deemed as part of your House Insurance Policy, an additional £15 is charged for this and you can keep the inflatable until approximately 10.00am the following day.

 

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required, payment in full can be made when the equipment is delivered.

 

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery is preferable, we do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

 

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime, but we do ask that out of consideration to us you give us as much notice as possible. If you need to cancel once the equipment has been erected then payment is still required.

 

What if it rains?

As the blower is electric the bouncy castles cannot be operated in very wet conditions due to safety reasons.

 

How long does it take to set up and pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

 

WE DO ASK THAT ONCE WE ARRIVE TO COLLECT THE EQUIPMENT YOU ENSURE THAT ALL CHILDREN STAY CLEAR OF THE AREA SO THAT IT CAN BE DEFLATED AND PACKED AWAY AS QUICKLY AND SAFELY AS POSSIBLE.

 

How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and for the blower at rear. Please make sure that any garden items are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

 

Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

No, unfortunately this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be possible, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

 

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

You will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply and you will be asked to read and sign the hire agreement. See Terms & Conditions.

 

Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Yes all our castles have different age limits due to the size of the equipment so please refer to the individual Inflatable’s description. All castles are insured for children up to and including the age of 14 and Adult Castles are Insured accordingly. You will be advised of the age limits on a booking being taken.
